What this measures, and what it does not
Twenty questions across four sections, each scored zero to three and normalised to a percentage. Three of the sections are the capabilities the industry research consistently finds hardest to embed - project prioritisation, resource management and benefits realisation. The fourth is reporting and automation, which is where most PMO effort goes and where least of the available advice is independent.
It is a self-assessment, so it measures what you believe about your PMO rather than what an audit would find. In our experience the two differ, and the direction of the difference is informative on its own. A paid Diagnostic tests the belief against artefacts and interviews.
Your answers reach us by email along with your name, so that a follow-up conversation can start from what you actually said rather than from a sales script. Separately, an anonymised copy of the answers feeds a benchmark we intend to publish; that record carries no name, email or organisation. Your details are used to send the report and are not passed on.
