Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of oramapm.com. By using the site you agree to them. They do not cover any separate advisory or delivery engagement, which is governed by its own signed agreement.

    This site

    oramapm.com is a marketing site for Orama Portfolio Management. It describes our advisory services and The Forge, a catalogue of portfolio automation initiatives, and lets you register interest or book a call.

    Nothing on this site is delivered software, and using it does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only once a separate statement of work or engagement letter is signed.

    Acceptable use

    You may not use this site to submit false, misleading, or automated form submissions, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure, or interfere with its normal operation.

    The enquiry form includes automated spam and abuse controls. We may rate-limit, decline, or ignore submissions that appear abusive without notice.

    Intellectual property

    The site’s content, design, and the Orama name and marks are owned by Orama Portfolio Management or licensed to us. You may view and share pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reuse the content commercially without our written permission.

    Third-party services

    Booking is handled by Cal.com and email delivery by Resend. Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services we do not operate.

    No warranty

    This site and its content are provided as is. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that descriptions of services or initiatives are complete or current at every moment.

    Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, Orama is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

    Governing law

    These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
